Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between ace68 and any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the ace68 platform at ace68.io or any associated mobile application or service (collectively, "the Platform").

By creating an account on the Platform, you represent and warrant that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms in full; (b) you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms; (c) you are at least 21 years of age; (d) you are legally permitted to participate in online betting and gaming activities in your jurisdiction; and (e) all information you provide to ace68 is accurate, current, and complete.

These Terms apply alongside any additional rules, game-specific conditions, bonus terms, or promotional terms that may be published on the Platform from time to time. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any specific rules, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the ace68 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ace68 strictly enforces this age restriction on all products including sports betting, live casino, slots, and all other game categories.
• You are accessing the Platform as a private individual acting on your own behalf, not as a professional or on behalf of a business entity.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law and in which accessing this Platform would expose you to criminal liability.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order placed through ace68 or any affiliated responsible gaming programme.
• You do not hold any position — as an employee, contractor, officer, or agent — with ace68 or with any sports organisation, league, team, or body whose events are offered for betting on the Platform.

ace68 may request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. Accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed will be suspended pending verification. Where ineligibility is established after an account has been active, ace68 reserves the right to close the account, void all bets placed, and return the net deposit balance subject to any applicable deductions.

Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access the full range of ace68 services, you must register a personal account on the Platform. Registration is free of charge. During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and preferred payment method.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only on the ace68 Platform. Opening, operating, or controlling more than one account — including accounts registered under different names, mobile numbers, or payment credentials — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where multiple accounts are identified, all accounts will be suspended, pending investigation. Winnings generated across duplicate accounts may be forfeited in their entirety.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

ace68 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering standards. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents at registration or at any subsequent point:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot of bKash or Nagad account screen showing your name)

Failure to provide requested documents within 14 days of the request may result in account suspension and restriction of withdrawal functionality until verification is complete.

3.4 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your ace68 account. You must not share your credentials with any third party. ace68 will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or telephone. Report any suspected unauthorised access to your account to ace68 support immediately.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ace68 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. All transaction values are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your ace68 wallet within seconds of a successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are credited within 30 minutes during normal banking hours. ace68 does not charge any fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which ace68 accepts no liability.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad accounts are processed within 1–4 hours of submission during normal operating hours. Bank withdrawals are processed within 4–24 hours. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, and to an account registered in the same name as the ace68 account. ace68 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Responsible Use of Funds

Players are solely responsible for ensuring that funds deposited into their ace68 account are sourced from legitimately owned, legal funds. ace68 will not knowingly accept funds derived from criminal activity. Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties are prohibited and may trigger a full KYC review and temporary account suspension.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Rules

ace68 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer and to these general bonus rules. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New players who make their first qualifying deposit via bKash or Nagad may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is subject to a 15x wagering requirement applied to the bonus amount. Wagering must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your account. Sports bets placed at odds of 1.50 or higher count at 100% towards wagering. Casino game contributions vary by game type.

5.3 Wagering Requirements

Until the applicable wagering requirement for a bonus has been met in full, the bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play are not available for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw before completing wagering will result in the cancellation of the outstanding bonus balance and any associated bonus-derived winnings. The original deposit amount remains withdrawable at any time.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

ace68 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal genuine risk exposure; coordinated wagering across multiple accounts to generate artificial turnover; and claiming bonuses under false pretences. Where bonus abuse is identified, ace68 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the account involved.

5.5 Promotional Modifications

ace68 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Existing qualifying wagers placed prior to a promotion's withdrawal will be honoured under the terms in force at the time of placement.

Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Placement

All bets placed on the ace68 Platform are final once confirmed. It is the player's responsibility to verify the accuracy of all bet details — including selection, odds, and stake — prior to confirmation. ace68 will not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in circumstances expressly set out in these Terms or in the specific sports rules applicable to the event.

6.2 Odds and Markets

ace68 reserves the right to adjust odds on any market at any time prior to bet confirmation. Bets confirmed before an odds adjustment will be settled at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. ace68 also reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including restricting maximum stake values on specific markets or for specific accounts.

6.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void by ace68 in circumstances including but not limited to: the event not taking place or being abandoned; a material error in the odds offered (manifestly incorrect pricing); the event result being determined by factors outside the normal rules of the sport; or where the integrity of the event is compromised. Void bets are settled at odds of 1.00 and the stake is returned to the player's wallet.

6.4 Live Betting

In-play betting markets are available on selected events. Live odds are updated continuously and are subject to temporary suspension during critical moments of play. ace68 is not liable for connection delays that may affect the timing of live bet submissions. Bets placed after the relevant in-play event has concluded will be voided.

6.5 Maximum Winnings

ace68 applies maximum winnings limits on a per-event and per-day basis. The maximum single-event payout for sports betting is ৳5,000,000. For casino games, per-session maximum winnings limits are set by individual game providers and displayed within each game. ace68 reserves the right to apply lower limits for specific events, markets, or player accounts.

Casino Games

The ace68 casino lobby features games supplied by licensed third-party software providers including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. All casino games are operated under the respective provider's licence and are subject to the provider's published Return to Player (RTP) percentages and game rules.

ace68 does not control the outcome of any casino game. All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical outcomes at the live dealer table. ace68 does not guarantee any minimum level of winnings and is not responsible for outcomes that differ from a player's expectations.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ace68 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during any subsequent identity verification process
• Opening, operating, or using more than one ace68 account
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of sports corruption that may influence outcomes on which bets are placed
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or manifest pricing errors in a deliberate and systematic manner
• Conducting, facilitating, or participating in any form of money laundering through the Platform
• Using the Platform to fund, support, or advance any criminal activity
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at ace68 staff or other players via any communication channel
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform's infrastructure, source code, databases, or administrative systems

Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Suspension by ace68

ace68 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any player account at any time and without prior notice where there is a reasonable basis to suspect a breach of these Terms, pending investigation of suspicious activity, or for any other reason related to the security or integrity of the Platform.

9.2 Permanent Closure by ace68

Following investigation, ace68 may permanently close an account where a material breach of these Terms has been confirmed. In cases of confirmed fraud, identity falsification, or money laundering, all account balances and pending withdrawals will be forfeited. In other closure scenarios, ace68 will return the net real-money balance to the player via the original deposit method after deducting any outstanding bonus liabilities.

9.3 Voluntary Closure by the Player

Players may request the closure of their ace68 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course before the account is closed. If you are requesting closure due to concerns about problem gambling, please inform the support team so that appropriate responsible gaming assistance can be provided.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ace68 Platform — including but not limited to the ace68 brand name, logo, visual design, written content, software, source code, databases, game assets, and marketing materials — is the exclusive property of ace68 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not: copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of ace68.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ace68 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, winnings, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform, whether direct or indirect
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services due to technical failure, maintenance, or circumstances beyond ace68's reasonable control
• Any delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, or banking institutions
• Any financial losses you sustain as a result of gambling activity on the Platform, regardless of the circumstances of that loss
• Any damage to your device, software, or data resulting from your access to the Platform

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ace68's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

ace68 will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Personal data may be shared with: payment processing partners for transaction fulfilment; identity verification service providers; regulatory or law enforcement authorities where legally required; and group companies within the ace68 corporate structure for operational purposes.

Responsible Gaming

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ace68 is incorporated as an offshore operator. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be referred to the ace68 support team for informal resolution.

If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days of a dispute being raised, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English. Nothing in this clause shall prevent ace68 from seeking urgent injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
